About Jimmy Simien

A Clear Lake High School and University of Houston-Clear Lake graduate, Jimmy started his career in banking and eventually earned his Real Estate license in 2002. About Joe Haas

Joe Haas Jr. is a licensed Real Estate agent in Texas. After handling marketing for a Real Estate company in high school, Joe developed a passion for Real Estate and obtained his license soon after high school graduation. Having also spent time working for a start-up company in the Houston area, Joe brings a wide variety of skills that make the Real Estate transaction as simple as possible for his clients. About Autumn Kalia

In 2010, Autumn graduated from The University of Texas at San Antonio with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing, and has been fully immersed in Real Estate ever since. After a few years of getting familiar with the industry, she chose to get her license and commit to helping people find their dream home the way so many of her colleagues and mentors have. She recently became an agent with Simien Properties, one of the top producing teams in the greater Houston area, and she couldn’t be happier! Jeanie Scott

Jeanie has been a Clear Lake area resident for over 30 years. She completed her Bachelor’s Degree at the University of Houston – Clear Lake after moving here from Oklahoma in 1989. She is the proud mother of 3 boys that attended schools in CCISD and graduated from Clear Lake High School. She has been very involved in the community throughout the years and knows the area well. Jeanie prides herself in the many years of experience she has working in the fitness and healthcare industry, knowing that she has made a positive impact by helping educate clients and assist them in reaching their goals. About Amie Burns

Amie Burns is your Clear Lake expert! She has been a resident of Clear Lake for over 30 years, making her very familiar with the area and community. Amie has also been in the fitness industry for over 16 years, doing everything from owning to managing a local Clear Lake gym. Prior to working in fitness, Amie was in new homes sales for 5 years and also worked in Title. Amie has 3 children and is an active member of the community. Savannah Dietz

Savannah graduated from Penn State University with a BS in Management & Marketing. Since then she has found her new home here in the Clear Lake area. LaVonne Daugherty - Office Manager

LaVonne joined Simien Properties as the office manager in 2012. She has been working in the real estate field for the past 22 years in the Greater Clear Lake area. She is a graduate of South Houston High School and has lived in the Galveston County area for most of her life. One of her great passions is coaching for the local Special Olympics organization for the past 30 years. She loves spending time outdoors with her son and dog. She is a vital part of the Simien Properties day-to-day operations.

Carol Barrett

A native of Chicago and a transplant from Boston, I have been a proud Houstonian since 1997. Raising my family in Clear Lake and teaching music in numerous CCISD schools for over 20 years has deeply enhanced my knowledge about the community and surrounding areas. My passion for helping and educating people that led to a successful and rewarding private flute teaching career is now fueling my dedication to homebuyers and sellers. Renee started practicing real estate part time in 1995 while she worked full time as a flight attendant with a major airline. She continued her real estate studies by becoming certified in Alternative Dispute Resolution as an arbitrator and is a registered with the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts. Jill Howard

Kris attended high school in Leavenworth, KS before beginning his career in the Kansas City area, working in sales for a large phone and internet company. After that, his journey led him to Houston where he has been ever since. Kris began working for a Boutique Brokerage in 2017 where worked his way up to Director of Operations.
