This website provides general information about the greater Houston and Clear Lake City real estate market, Simien Properties' team, and how to get in touch with us. It is informational only and is not a substitute for professional real estate, legal, financial, or tax advice. Nothing on this site creates a brokerage or agency relationship between you and Simien Properties or any of its agents — that relationship, and the rights and obligations that come with it, is governed only by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, consistent with Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) requirements. Translation
